Elegant and chiselled, this cuvee displays aromas of white flowers like acacia blossom and fresh apple with a slight hint of citrus fruit. The bubbles are fine and persistant, supporting flavours of peach and hints of hazelnuts.
Served as an aperitif with parmesan flakes. Perfect match with carpaccio of St Jacques (scallop) marinated in sesame oil and lime.
