Emblematic cuvée of the House, this Blanc de Noirs is the signature of our style. Made with 100% of Pinot Noir, it is a blend of 3 consecutive harvests. Maturation on lees for 24 to 36 months gives it a nice personality. Brut dosage.

Our Blanc de Blancs is the interpretation of a 100% Chardonnay coming from the Côte des Bar area. Reserve wines from a solera began in 2008 brightened up its subtlety and brilliance.

Picture of a singular vintage, the Millésime is a blend dominated by Chardonnay (60%) in association with Pinot Noir. Released only when the grapes are exceptional, this champagne stayed on lees at least 72 months, giving it a remarquable complexity and honey notes.

This perpetual reserve (solera) of Pinot Noir was initiated in 1995 and pays a tribute to our grandparent Louis-Aristide. Every year, the young wine brings some freshness and energy to the old wines in a natural blend in tank. As a result, maturity aromas and liveliness form a beautiful alliance. It is considered as a Champagne of gastronomy with a notable length in finale.

Part of the ‘forgotten’ grapes, Pinot Blanc is rare in Champagne. 100% Pinot Blanc has a light dosage to capture the most sincere emotion. Rich floral aromas and white flush fruits make the nose characteristics. The mouth hinges on acidulated freshness, roundness and a very long finale.
