Very well balanced and harmonious. The expressive nose gives aromas of dried apricot and almond, with delicate hints of acacia honey. On the palate it is both mineral and creamy with raspberry flavour and notes of mint. A long elegant and refreshing aftertaste.
Ideal as an aperitif. To taste with prawns and vanilla sauce or with Brie cheese stuffed with black truffles.
